Trainer-on-Demand
If you're budget conscious and still searching for a customized workout and diet
program, the Trainer-on-Demand program is it. We understand the current
economy and we are committed to everyone having access to personal advice
from a certified trainer. It's the reason we created Trainer-on-Demand. When you
enroll, you get all the benefits of a personal trainer without costly per-session
fees. You also receive online fitness training and personal coaching over the
phone with a certified fitness trainer. A customized nutrition program is created
specifically for you!











Personal Training
The results you've always wanted are a no-brainer when you train with us. If you
live in or near the Austin area, we strongly encourage you to take on our affordable
personal training. Working with a certified trainer in person is like being shipped
off to a 3-month L.A. reality TV show ... except you don't have to give up your job or
your life. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to "escape" to lose weight or get
fit. Personal training is the most effective way to incorporate life-altering changes
that last forever if you keep at it. And our personal training helps you do exactly
that. We work with you and your circumstances. You can come to us or we can
come to you. It's your choice.











Fitness Classes (the first one is on us!!)
If you leave in or near the Austin area, we would love to meet you at one of our
popular group fitness classes. What makes our classes and boot camps highly
effective and unique is our "No Repeat Workouts" policy. Whether you know it or
not, your body adapts to exercise as you repeat the same movements, especially
if you do them in the same order. When you participate in our classes, you get a
high powered workout that combines resistance training and variable intensity
cardio. This is THE recipe for creating lean, strong muscles and losing unwanted
body fat. We combine upper and lower body exercises, plyometrics, martial arts
moves, yoga and cardio for maximum calorie burn. The best part is that you can
come as you are! Every fitness level is welcome!
