The Trainer-on-Demand program is exactly that! You get all
the benefits of a personal trainer without costly per-session
fees. With Trainer-on-Demand, you get
online fitness
training and personal coaching over the phone with a
certified fitness trainer!

When you enroll in the Trainer-on-Demand program, your
personal trainer develops a fitness and nutrition program
customized specifically for you. We continually monitor your
progress to keep you motivated and moving steadily
towards your goal. If you're time-crunched, you'll love this
program. We make it easy to get the results you want at your
convenience.

As always, our "No Repeat Workouts" policy applies to the
Trainer-on-Demand program. Your nutrition strategy -
designed specifically for your body type - keeps your body
fueled and burning fat 24 hours a day. And with your
personal trainer by your side to guide you, encourage you
and answer all your questions, amazing results are virtually
guaranteed!








Here is what you get:

Personal Fitness Assessment
An initial 30-minute phone call kicks off the Trainer-on-
Demand program. We discuss where you are now, where
you want to be...and by when! We go over your medical
history and any injuries you've had in the past. We also
recommend that you email us current pictures of yourself
and preferably a few pictures of someone's body you want
your body to look like. During this call, we introduce you to
your personal trainer!

Personal Phone Coaching
Every week, you have a private call with your personal trainer
(all trainers are certified). Because we design a program
specifically for you, these calls help us know when to
change the program as your body adapts to each workout.
We review and revise your program weekly to keep you on
track and make sure you are always moving closer to your
fitness and health goals.

Personal Workout Program
Your first workout program is guaranteed to be delivered
within three business days of completing the Personal
Fitness Assessment by phone. Your initial workouts
incorporate everything you shared with us and everything we
discuss with you is kept confidential. Each week, you'll
receive new workouts designed to challenge and motivate
you, and your personal trainer is always available for
support.

Fuel-Right Diet membership and Customized
Meal Planning
As a Trainer-on-Demand client, you’ll receive a significant
discount on our Fuel-Right Diet membership, which gives
you nutritional guidance and recipes perfectly aligned with
your new lifestyle. Your trainer will create a customized meal
plan just for you – actually focusing on the foods you like to
eat, helping you stick to your program and reach your goals
faster. Remember: A lot of your success is not only about
what you eat, but how and when you eat.

Ongoing Support
You will have full access to your trainer for the length of your
agreement. We promise a response within 24 hours for all
questions and requests sent by email and left on voicemail.
The only exception is Sunday (our day off).

phone consultations and web cam, and is designed for those who
have had some one-on-one instruction from a personal trainer, and
are familiar with certain techniques. If you are new to training, we
recommend that you first do some
one-on-one training sessions
with a personal trainer so you can receive hands-on instruction that
is personalized to your needs and your personal fitness goals.
