Austin: Your first fitness class is on us!
Austin, whether you love or hate group fitness classes, you owe it to yourself to try a
Wills Fitness class. ALL levels are welcomed and, most of all, encouraged! Not only
do you get a fantastic calorie burn, you'll be led through a variety of exercises aimed at
helping you build a rock-solid core and functional strength throughout your body. We
use a mix of martial arts, yoga, plyometrics, cardio and bodyweight exercises. We
cheer you on to do your personal best in a friendly environment.
